Sport as the plan
Sobha Solis puts four towers on one Motor City plot and joins them at podium level, so the shared facilities read as a single resident amenity deck rather than four separate lobbies. The theme running through it is athletic. The developer's own amenity list here includes a lap pool, an indoor racetrack viewing deck, an outdoor cinema, a seating court and an interactive play fountain, and it has built an Arsenal-branded fitness zone on the site.
That Arsenal facility is a fact about the building and nothing more. Arsenal is a mark belonging to its owner, named here because the developer has built and published the zone. It implies no endorsement of Wincasa, and it is the only third-party mark on this developer's Dubai inventory.
Apartments run from one bedroom to three. The one-bedroom plans are published between 535.83 and 576.3 sq ft, the one-and-a-half bedroom band between 615.48 and 700.19 sq ft, the two-bedroom at 1,124.4 sq ft and the single three-bedroom type at 1,888.85 sq ft. That three-bedroom is a genuinely large apartment by Dubai tower standards and is the plan most likely to sell out first, because family-sized stock in an amenity-led tower is comparatively rare at this price.
The developer's published entry price is AED 2,140,000, with a stated completion of December 2027. Be aware that its structured data carries a much lower figure — roughly half. The figure quoted here is the one on the page the developer maintains, and it is internally consistent across all five currencies it lists. The project page records which source the price came from so you can check it.
